Actor Arjun Kapoor is known to have had to lose a few kilos before entering Bollywood. During his weight loss journey, he not only worked out, but also modified his eating habits.

The self-confessed foodie, who used to have literally no self-control when it came to food, is now an inspiration for fitness enthusiasts. The Ek Villain Returns actor was seen devouring chicken and rice on a platter. We know that as much as the food looked pleasant and healthy, it would have been healthy too.
The plate was served with long grain jera rice and masala chicken. It was covered in herbs and lots of spices but relatively dry like a rather thick gravy. He put a sticker on it and captioned it “Sunday,” but that was all it took to guess that he had a fun weekend lunch yesterday.
Earlier this year, during Navroz, the actor received a delicious dansak and mutton curry from his co-star and friend Tara Suthalia to celebrate the festival. He loved it and said it was “the best dansak” he had ever eaten. While filming the same movie, both Tara and Arjun satisfied their cravings for burgers and pizza between shots.
