We’re live with what was supposed to be a potential Super Bowl preview, but has since become anything but, as the Buffalo Bills host the Green Bay Packers for the Week 8 edition of Sunday Night Football.
Buffalo is fresh off its bye after winning each of its past three games and enters this contest at 5-1 with the league’s second-best EPA per play on both sides of the ball. Josh Allen is an MVP favorite, Stefon Diggs is at the top of his game, Von Miller has taken defense to a new level, and Tre’Davious White hasn’t even stepped onto the court yet.
Meanwhile, Green Bay is in deep trouble, having lost three straight to the Giants, Jets and Commanders. Aaron Rodgers is openly frustrated with just about everyone, and the defense isn’t living up to his potential. Rodgers has lost four straight starts only twice in his career: his first season as a starter in 2008 and again in 2016.
