Carson City’s arts community is thriving. Members of the Carson City Rotary Club will be able to learn more about the city’s arts and culture programs and future plans when Mayor Lori Bagwell attends the club’s next meeting.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 1 at noon in the Grand Ballroom at the Brewery Arts Center. We invite the general public to participate.
“The art scene in our city has evolved especially in the last few years. Art is now reaching more people than ever before. Did. There’s something about it that attracts and interests just about everyone,” he says Bagwell. She is also very happy that the city has adopted an arts and culture policy. “Art gives character and life to a community. We are fortunate to have such a vibrant arts and culture community.”
Mayor Bagwell also provided insight into the city’s ongoing and future art-related projects, including the Stewart Roundabout, Mills Park V&T Arch, the addition of interpretive symbols to Mind of the Da Vinci, and the upcoming Mark Twain Days Festival. Offers. .
