    Below are recent restaurant inspections conducted by the Cabell-Huntington Health Department. The list is sorted by violations. Restaurants are listed first, followed by their address, priority violations, priority foundation violations, core violations, and no violations.

    Priority violations include items with quantifiable scales to indicate control of hazards such as cooking, reheating, cooling, and hand washing. These items are associated with food poisoning.

    Priority Foundation violations include personnel training, required equipment, record keeping, and labeling.

    Serious violations include general hygiene, operating procedures, and general maintenance.
