College of the Desert will focus on sharing future growth across campus in its annual College Address, “COD Rising,” on Wednesday.
Principal/Chancellor Martha Garcia Ed.D. shares details of the College’s upcoming projects, including the Palm Springs Development Project, Cathedral City’s Roadrunner Motors, and the Indio Campus Expansion.
Garcia shares information about the university’s student programs and services, including tutoring, counseling, wellness, food pantry, and financial assistance.
“College of the Desert is expanding and modernizing its programs and facilities so it can continue to provide a best-in-class education to thousands of students across the Coachella Valley,” said Garcia. “These opportunities are due in large part to the foresight of our board, the generosity of our donors, and our voter-approved bond financing. I am contributing.”
The annual State of the College Address takes place at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
