The actor also recalled living in fear of the situation.
He told The Guardian newspaper:
Damian actually wrote an album inspired by his late wife. But the actor is unsure of his musical talent.
He said:
Damien recently confessed to being subject to potential ridicule by recording an album.
he said:
Damien is fully aware that his music can be ridiculed.
“Of course, if I stick my head out over the parapet, they’ll be lining up to take a picture, because no target is easier than an actor who thinks he can be a bit of a musician.
“But I don’t want to be a great jazz star or a pop star or a rock star.
“I’m an actor. I want to stay in my field. But for me, this is incredibly valuable.
“It’s a lot of fun. What we don’t do well in this country is we don’t cross-fertilize the different arts. It’s a huge shame. So I have to push and push a little bit.” I have.”
