David Guetta has reportedly broken up with girlfriend Jessica Redon.
The 54-year-old DJ and 30-year-old actress have ended their relationship after seven years together.
A source close to DJ told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre column, “David had grown apart from Jess and their lifestyles were no longer compatible.
“While she was in America, he had to be in Ibiza for the summer due to his residency there.
“I thought they had a lot of history and that all of us around them were made for each other, but it just didn’t work out that way.
Nonetheless, there remains hope that David and Jessica can one day rekindle their romance.
The insider explained: “They haven’t completely cut contact, so some of us are hoping they’ll work things out.
“It’s a real shame because they were a great couple, but he doesn’t get into things.”
Jessica recently hinted at their split in a social media post.
The actress wrote on Instagram:
David, meanwhile, has sold over 10 million albums throughout his career and previously admitted that he took “big risks” by becoming a DJ.
The music star, who was married to ex-wife Kathy from 1992 to 2014, also admitted that he was surprised by his own success.
He explains: It’s nothing compared to today, where there are risks but also opportunities to get rich.
“At the time, there was no way to get rich DJing.So when I started making money, it was my obsession to have a house in case something happened. If so, I had a place to sleep.”
