- 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
- 2 and a half tablespoons of water
- Place ground flaxseeds and water in a bowl or measuring cup and whisk for a few seconds (just use a spoon if you don’t mind).
- Let rest for 5 minutes until egg-like consistency
- Add to recipes instead of 1 egg
