I love shameless dogs. For years I wanted my parents to buy me a puppy and I played around with it. Nintendogs By the time I was probably about 15, I followed multiple dog accounts on social media. I saw it and thought I had to go!
After following @pawyoga_mcr for several weeks and waiting for new classes to start, I secured a place to attend a yoga class with my Golden Retriever puppy in mid-October. You can imagine my excitement.
My class was held at Yoga Seoul in the heart of the city about 5 minutes from Piccadilly Gardens. I waited outside before taking off my shoes before being introduced to the puppy. Of course, they were so cute and cuddly that I hung out with them throughout the yoga session. The class is structured so that there is 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of pure puppy hugs.
The staff were lovely and took pictures for us the whole time. I’m not much of a yogi myself, but the class was fun. There was no pressure to do anything beyond your capabilities, and you were encouraged to pet the puppy when it came to you.
It wasn’t a particularly advanced class as all movements had to be done at floor level for the pup’s safety. So if you’re an avid yogi looking to learn new skills, this probably isn’t for you. is perfect.
Everyone was so friendly and it was great to meet new people while sitting with the puppies in my lap and listening to calming music. It was a lot of fun to spend time in
For me personally, there’s no better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than being surrounded by dogs and exercising your mind and body. I will definitely go back to one of his Paw Yoga classes again.
