We are happy to repost with new photos the beautiful IPIC Delray Beach Greenwall on the sunny southeast side of Florida.
Downtown Delray Beach has a great art scene, from public space art (murals and art installations) to museums, art galleries and studios. Did you know that visitors can explore city murals and various art installations in public spaces as part of the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority’s monthly First Friday Art Walk? Start planning your visit to Downtown Delray Beach. The next self-guided tour is October 7th.

Also known as 4th & 5th Delray, IPIC Theater has many installations inside and outside. You can see the mural here. Also, don’t miss his 2019 girlfriend Hybycozo’s (Yelena Filipchuk and Serge Beaulieu) three-piece geometric sculpture “Hyperspace Bypass Construction Zone” on his Fifth Avenue side of the IPIC Theater. A green wall provides a wonderful vegetation backdrop for two of his installations.

In February 2019, Aramis and I had the pleasure of meeting everyone at the GSky Plant Systems headquarters in Delray Beach. Afterwards, I had lunch with the company’s CEO, Hal Thorne. A caring person with a passion for greening our built environment, Hal is at his newly built IPIC theater just a few blocks away, in a beautiful green space that was then two months old. It took me to the wall project.

Workers were still finishing up various items for the IPIC grand opening on March 7, 2019, but I got a firsthand look at the already flourishing living walls.
