Center’s Keith Tyler, who is responsible for Fellowships for Christian Athlete Programs across West Virginia, is a featured speaker at the Ohio Valley Youth Network meeting scheduled Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Sycamore Youth Center in Steubenville. Anyone working with young people in any capacity is encouraged to attend conferences, including roundtables, according to Bobby John Bauman. The conference will give all attendees the opportunity to share upcoming programs and services they offer to the youth of the region.
