Former WNEP anchor featured in Investigation Discovery

The scandalous story of former WNEP-TV anchor Marisa Burke and her ex-husband’s teenage boy will air before audiences across the country on Saturday night.

Investigation Discovery will focus on Burke’s case in the latest episode of Who The (Beep) Did I Marry?

The show airs Saturday at 10pm and is available to stream on Discovery+.

Production staff reached out to Burke shortly after she published her memoir, Checking Scores: TV Anchor Openly Disgraced by Her Husband’s Secret Life, in December.

The couple’s divorce was finalized in 2014 while Kandel was in prison.

“I wrote this book because I had to come to terms with what happened. Putting my story into words helped.
