Joining Finn Balor and Shayna Baszler from NXT 2.0’s Worlds Collide go-home show, Intercontinental Champion Gunther was on hand to offer words of encouragement to NXT UK Champion Tyler Bate. Gunther and Bate clashed in his 2019 NXT TakeOver: Cardiff, and that match was referenced.
There was an interview corner with Blair Davenport, who is participating in the triple threat women’s unification match. Davenport was contacted by Rhea Ripley.
Bate received additional support via video from Butch (Pete Dunne). The device on which the video was played was passed from Fit Finlay to Bate. Tyler Bate’s opponent at Worlds Collide, his NXT Champion Bronn Breaker, showed support from Ciampa, whom Breaker defeated to win his first NXT title.

Toxic Attraction’s Gigi Dorin was on tonight’s show alongside Jaycee Jayne and NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose. Gigi and Jaycee cost Ivy Niall and Tatum Paxley a match against Women’s Tag Team Champions Kayden Carter and Katana Chance. Nathan Frazer and Axiom have agreed to face each other in the best of three.
There was a segment for The Schism (Joe Gacy, Rip Fowler & Jagger Reid). They invited Cameron Grimes to the ring. Although Grimes chose to leave, Gacy followed the split because Gacy raised Grimes’ late father. Instead of fighting him back, Gacy held Fowler and Reed back and hugged Grimes.
