Gwyneth Paltrow recently revealed that her children aren’t interested in her health advice.
In a recent interview with yes!newsThe actress, who also runs the wellness brand Goop, said her son Moses, 16, and daughter Apple, 18, who live with ex-husband Chris Martin, don’t listen to their mother.
Speaking about her youngest child, Paltrow told the outlet, “He’s 16 and can hardly give him vitamins.
Reflecting on their children’s free choice, the actress said, “I try not to force anything on them. They grow up in an environment where their health is important and they choose whether to adopt what they choose.” They have free will.”
Paltrow confessed that now that her daughter is 18, she’s “becoming health conscious.”
The actress also said her children sometimes “exercise” with her, saying, “Me and Apple have done a lot of the Tracy Anderson Method together over the years, in addition to Pilates. I’ve been there, and it’s really fun.”
“What Apple won’t do for me? She doesn’t like hiking with me,” Paltrow revealed.

Paltrow confessed that she “encouraged” her children to eat clean at home, adding, “My philosophy is to try to have more healthy things in the house.”
“But they have free will and when they’re out of the house, they’ll surely go for Oreos or McNuggets. It gives them more power,” she added.
