Every year in Texarkana we hear the same question every Halloween. Well, there’s literally something going on every day this weekend, but there’s always going to be a little ghoul or goblin on Monday night, October 31st.
The Crossties Carnival is free to enter at Crossties in downtown Texarkana. The Carnival will be held from Thursday 27th October until Saturday night 29th October. Click here for details.
The downtown Fall Festival takes place all day Saturday on Broad Street. (In case of rain, almost everything is moved inside the Crossties building..)
