Kaitlyn hasn’t shared a ton of her workouts lately, but she did train with Jess Ferra before.
Kaitlyn Dever has been very busy lately with her new movie ticket to paradise and, naturally, she’s promoting her new movie. The actress hit Late Night with Seth Meyers this month in a look that has everyone’s jaws on the floor.
The 25-year-old showed up in a stunning black dress with a sheer long sleeve top layered over a black bra and the whole thing is so chic. Of course, Kaitlyn accessorized everything with her super strong legs and toned abs, and she was giving off a serious ~cool girl vibe~ during her interview. (It also didn’t hurt that Kaitlyn shared that she was in a band with her sister—and that they recorded a song with Phoebe Bridger.)

Kaitlyn has not shared any ton on his workouts recently, but she joked about getting in shape. In 2020, she shared a video of herself and a friend doing all sorts of skateboarding stuff on “Kyrie.” You can see Kaitlyn rolling in a deep squat, which looks like a total thigh burner, and then you see her show off her awesome balancing skills while doing single-leg skater jumps. Phew!
Kaitlyn trained with Jess Ferra at least once, though, and shared the receipts on her Instagram Story (which was later posted to Reddit). In the, you can see Kaitlyn doing a series of side shuffles and squats that look very intense as Ferra encourages her.
Of course, Kaitlyn also exercises while filming, but she said IBD that she was a little intimidated to dance alongside George Clooney and julia robert in ticket to paradise. “I wasn’t moving,” she said.
Food-wise, Kaitlyn seems to enjoy a good balanced meal. She just dropped photos to her Instagram Stories of a mouth-watering spread, including bowls of blueberries, scrambled eggs, and Prosciutto, cleverly presented on a table. This was followed by a photo of jujubes (red dates), and another of her stirring what appears to be some kind of delicious chicken curry.
All in all, Kaitlyn is above all else a challenge, and it’s a mindset that she carries with her throughout her day. “I sometimes do things that scare me, but I’m almost addicted to that feeling,” she said. Form in an interview.
