Katy Perry wants you witness his infamous eye glitch.
As the “Teenage Dream” singer has announced 14 additional dates for her 2023 Las Vegas concert series, titled Katy Perry: PLAYshe apparently addressed a viral clip that left fans with questions about her health.
In the clip shared on October 23 on ICT Tac, Katy’s right eye closes on its own. When she touches her temple, the eye flutters open before closing. The musician, dressed in a colorful mini dress fashioned from aluminum soda bottles, looks unfazed as she grabs her microphone and tells the crowd to “make some more noise for my band.”
Although fans speculated on social media that her closing her eyes was due to stress or lack of rest, Katy teased that it was all part of her show, writing in a October 27 Instagram post“Welcome all my #flatearthers #spaceisfakers #birdsarentrealers #skyisntbluers to come see my broken doll eye trick IRL in Vegas next year!”
