Lala Kent ‘lost 30 pounds from stress and trauma’ of breakup with Randall Emmett.
The 32-year-old star has revealed that a violent breakup with her ex-fiancé took her emotional and physical toll.

Earlier this year, Lara revealed that she refused to “grieve” her relationship with Randall.
Lara also strongly insisted that she wanted to draw a line in this situation and move on with her life.
“I feel like I’m not suffering,” the blonde beauty told Larsa Pippen on the Give Them Lala podcast.
“Yeah, there were a lot of betrayals. What he was doing behind the scenes wasn’t the same life he pictured when we were together.
