4 No – chopped lemongrass stalks
5 cups – water
1/2 cup – carrots, small, chopped
1/2 cup – diced potatoes
1/3 cup – fresh corn kernels
2 teaspoons – lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp – rock salt
1 tablespoon – finely chopped coriander leaves
1/4 teaspoon – black pepper powder
Method
