You may have noticed that many of these influencers are better known for their videos on TikTok than for their work on Instagram, but the Creators of Tomorrow list includes small and large influencers working in every corner of the internet. The connection between Creators of Tomorrow and TikTok goes beyond a few followers. Meta’s new initiative looks a lot like his Discover List on TikTok, which appeared last year to celebrate a collection of icons, innovators, foodies, changemakers and originators. A new edition of the Discover List will be published soon.
By naming the Creators of Tomorrow, Meta brings more cohesion to its community. While honoring those who are making the big changes on Facebook and Instagram, it also reminds us that these platforms offer multiple revenue streams.
“Our goal is to support all creators by building the best place for them to tell their stories, grow their audience, and get rewarded for their work,” said Creator of Tomorrow.
