Michigan is featured alongside Clemson, Jackson, Ole Miss, Oregon, Kentucky, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Miami, LSU, and Arizona.
Carter is a four-star prospect ranked number 251 in the nation according to the 247Sports Overall Ranking. He attends his Chattanooga Christian School in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
