Autumn Festival:
The 51st Annual Streets of Shops Fall Festival will be held October 28th and 29th from 9am to 4pm at St. Dunstan’s Church in Houston. Admission and parking are free.
In addition to fun for the whole family, the event features a variety of “shops” offering second-hand items such as books, toys, treasures, handcrafted gifts, and holiday decorations. The event will feature food his trucks, live music, a 5K family fun run, live radio and motorcycle celebrations. Proceeds go to the church’s community outreach ministry and the Hope Center for the Homeless.

Haunted house:
Spring Fire Station is hosting a haunted house event at Spring Fire Station 75 on October 28-29 from 6:30-9:30 PM. Admission is a $5 donation to the Spring Firefighter Aid Fund.
Then, on Halloween, October 31, all nine Spring Fire Stations will host a truck-or-treat event, giving costumed children the chance to meet firefighters and see trucks on display at night. is provided.

Caracas & Cocktails:
Calacas & Cocktails at City Place on October 29th from 6-9pm featuring a margarita cash bar, live music and a candlelit procession. Admission is free, but an extended experience is offered for $30.
The expanded experience includes two signature cocktails, Katrina face painting, flower crowns, and a candle kit for the procession. A party on the City Place patio features a mojiganga leading to a traditional altar.

Magnolia’s Living Stones Church will host a Fall Festival event and car show on October 29 from 10am to 2pm. Admission is free. $30 to show the car at the show.
The event includes games, pumpkin painting, bounce house, bake sale, costume contest and trunk or treat. At noon there will be a car show judging that benefits the church youth group.

Halloween dance:
The St. Ignatius Women’s Club will host a Halloween dance featuring DJ Terry Parker on October 29th from 7-10pm. Ages 21 and up, admission, dinner, and two drinks are $50 in advance and $55 on the day.
Costumes are optional, but the dance has a costume contest. This event raises funds for the Women’s Club.

Nature Fest:
Bridgeland will host its 14th Annual Nature Fest on October 29th from 10am to 4pm at Oak Meadow Park. Admission is free, but some activities may require a small fee.
This year’s event features renowned zoo keeper and wildlife educator Jungle Jordan. The event also features pony rides, a petting zoo, nature exhibits, laser his tag and more. The event will benefit his Cy-Hope, a local organization dedicated to bringing hope and opportunity to all children in the Cy-Fair area.

Marty Haggard:
Singer-songwriter Marty Haggard will perform at Tomball’s Main Street Crossing on November 3rd at 7pm. Tickets start at $32.
The son of singer-songwriter Merle Haggard, Haggard had performed with The Strangers, who backed up his father. He has charted five of his singles on the US country charts and is currently playing Christian music and tributes to his father.

Wesley Hannah:
Texas singer-songwriter Wesley Hannah will celebrate the release of her new album at 3pm on November 5th at Magnolia’s Lone Pint Brewery.
Raised in Magnolia, Hannah now lives in Fort Worth. He started his Wesley Hanna band in 2005 while attending Texas A&M University. The new album is called Brand New Love Potion.

Country Festival:
The 7th Annual Concert at Country will feature headliners Aaron Watson and Shenandoah on November 5th from 3-11pm near Stagecoach. Online tickets start at $30.
