We’ll have to wait until 2023 to see the device, according to Bloomberg’s Marc Garman.
The Mac Pro will have an Apple Silicon processor. This could be a version of the new M2 processor or another processor coming out next year. You can see Mark Gurman’s comments on the device below.
Work on the first Apple Silicon Mac Pro continues. As we reported last week ahead of the iPad and Apple TV launches, Apple still has several Macs slated to debut in the coming months, including the new Mac mini and MacBook Pro.
But there is one Mac that neither I nor Apple have discussed in a while. It’s a Mac Pro. We don’t believe the first Apple Silicon Mac Pro will hit the market until 2023, but we do know that testing of such machines is increasing within Apple’s walls.
We may have to wait until next year to see an updated Mac Pro. Apple plans to launch several new Macs by the end of the year.
These new Macs are set to launch in November and should include the new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro notebooks. A new Mac Mini with an M2 processor is also on the way.
