Twelve South has announced the launch of a new lightweight version of the AirFly, the Twelve South AirFly, in the UK.
The device joins the existing range of AirFly Pro and AirFly Duo and is designed to provide wireless connectivity on airplanes.
Incompatible wireless headphones and earbuds are a thing of the past. AirFly transforms the headphone jack, allowing users to easily connect wireless headphones via Bluetooth. Frequent Perfect for his flyer or gym goer, users can enjoy their headphones while watching a movie on the in-flight entertainment system or running on the treadmill.
The new Twelve South AirFly transmitter has a battery life of 20+ hours, perfect for long transatlantic flights. The user can watch movies in comfort using her noise canceling headphones by simply plugging them into her seat headphone jack. AirFly also has a battery life indicator so users know exactly when it’s time to recharge. AirFly’s new volume control allows users to easily manage volume levels without touching the screen. Plus, the Quick He Mute button lets you talk to the person next to you or a flight attendant with the click of a button.
