Grand Rapids, Michigan (Wood) — One of the winter season’s most anticipated and delicious events takes place Monday night.
Soup’s On For All Hosted by Western Michigan Catholic Charity to benefit God’s Kitchen.
For the first time since the pandemic, the event will return to BOB in downtown Grand Rapids.
Guests will sample over 30 soups from local restaurants, including ones created by God’s Kitchen chefs.
Colleen, the chef at God’s Kitchen, made a ‘Cherry BBQ Brunswick Stew’. Features smoked chicken, pork, brisket and sausage. She also made her turkey tikka masala soup for the event.
God’s Kitchen program manager Jeff Hoyh says all the money raised through the event will be used to support programming at God’s Kitchen.
God’s Kitchen offers free meals to those in need at its S. Division Street location Monday through Saturday from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
Soup’s On For All guests will also take home bowls handcrafted by local artists and community members.

Soup’s On For All takes place on Monday, January 30th from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. Tickets are $50 online and $60 on the day.
