Prince Harry’s memoir Spare is being analyzed by a senior editor who believes it’s all “contradictory” in itself.
The accusation was made by former Sunday Mail editor-in-chief Martin Clarke.
“There’s a great passage in the book. In the run-up to his famous dog bowl fight with William, he accuses William – that William is bullying Meghan, a troublemaker, and upsetting everyone.” When criticizing, and saying: I’m just parroting what I read in the media.”
reported that Express UKClark added, “Clearly William was there, so it’s too backwards and crazy.”
“William has seen it first hand and heard first-hand accounts from people involved, but Harry blames the press. On the other hand, Harry hates the press, so this is at the heart of the book.” It’s a real contradiction.”
“We’re the Big Boogeyman his whole life, but at the same time he’s attacking William and Camilla for leaking stories about him that he won’t deny.”
“He’s not denying these stories are true. So he can’t have it both ways.”
“The media shouldn’t be people who on the one hand make things up and at the same time print what he claims his own family is leaking about him.”
