The device recently appeared at the Bluetooth SIG and is now spotted at the FCC under model number SM-A546E.
The FCC listing confirms that the handset comes with a 5000 mAh battery and supports 25 W fast charging.
We previously heard that the device would feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution.
The handset is powered by an octa-core Samsung Exynos processor and features 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
The new Samsung Galaxy A54 is expected to be available in other RAM and storage configurations as well.
It looks like the device will have a variety of cameras, with one camera on the front and three on the back.
The previous handset, the Galaxy A53, featured a 64-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 5-megapixel macro camera, and a 5-megapixel depth camera. On the front of the handset was also a 32-megapixel camera for video calls and selfies. Expect an upgraded camera for this new model.
We’ll let you know as soon as we know more about when the new Samsung Galaxy A54 smartphone will launch.
