Foodies can celebrate Santa Ynez Valley Restaurant Week and Santa Maria Valley Restaurant Month.
Santa Maria Valley Restaurant Months festivities begin on January 13th and run through February 12th. These festivities include a “Santa Maria Style Meal” and a “Craft Cocktail Contest”. According to city officials, this month-long celebration of him is the perfect time to stop by some of Santa Maria Valley’s most iconic eateries.
Taz Dougherty, tourism coordinator for the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce, said, “This promotion is a great way to not only support locals, but to try something they’ve never tried before.” There is no mistake.
Each participating eatery in the Santa Maria Valley Restaurant Month offers specials for $20.23 or less. Specials include everything from entrees to cocktail pairings to dishes that showcase the region’s famous Santa Maria-style barbecue. This year’s participants include Cool Hand Luke’s, Cubanissimo Café, Cups and Crumbs Santa Maria, The Salty Brigade Kitchen and The Homestead. You can eat and drink in the store and take out.
The Craft Cocktail Contest is the 4th time this year. Handcrafted, flavorful cocktails found at participating properties are meant to represent the history and culture of the region. At the end of the month, patrons help choose this year’s winners. Craft Cocktail Contest participants include Blast 825 Brewery, The Century Room, Cool Hand Lukes, Cubanissimo Café, Me-n-Eds Pizzeria and Craft House, Roscoe’s Kitchen, The Salty Brigade Kitchen, and Vintner’s Bar & Grill. increase.

Santa Ynez Valley Restaurant Week kicks off Monday, January 16th and returns for the 13th year in a row. Santa Ynez Valley Restaurant Week ends on his January 31st.
Participating restaurants will offer a selection of chef-led three-course set meal menus at $30, $40, or $50 price points. Participating wineries and tasting rooms also offer different tiers and price points, including 2-for-1 tastings, special tasting flights, and discounts on bottle purchases.
