Sylvester Stallone has called his reconciliation with wife Jennifer Flavin a “reawakening.”
The couple’s 25-year union ended in August, and Jennifer, the mother of daughters Scarlett, 20, Sistine, 24, and Sophia, 25, filed for divorce. Putting aside their disagreements, they and their lawyers dismissed their divorce petitions.
The 76-year-old “Rocky” star has now opened up about his “imminent divorce” and claimed to have learned some valuable lessons, telling The Sunday Times: It is the love of my family and the reawakening of what I value above all else.
Stallone is also beginning to rethink his relationship with his daughters, and is determined to be a caring father.
He continued, “I wasn’t paying enough attention when they were growing up. They were about their lives.”
Stallone added that he has now gone out of his way to ask his daughters about their lives, explaining: ‘Oh my God.I’ve never heard that before in my life.When her daughter knows you care she’ll be there forever.
Stallone and Flavin reconciled in September, a month after their divorce was filmed, and the actor’s representative later said in a statement: .”
