The video was shared on Instagram reel by Mumbai-based blogger Nidhi Palmer. The clip has garnered over 4.3 million views and 105,000 likes since it was shared. The pizza pani puri was made with crispy puri on a foil dish. An onion and green pepper filling was stuffed inside, followed by tandoori mayonnaise and chishima dip. Grated cheese, chili flakes and oregano completed the dish. I made it taste.
Many foodies reacted to the pizza pani puri video. Hundreds of users expressed their thoughts on weird fusion food in the comments section, with mixed reactions. “Please stop experimenting with panipuri,” one user demanded, while another said, “where’s the panipuri?” In fact, some people found fusion food appealing and delicious. One user wrote, “It’s delicious,” another wrote, “Puripizza!” However, other foodies don’t like the combination, saying “Yarr panipuri ko to baksh dete [You should’ve at least spared pani puri].”
