Rockford (WREX) — Throughout the spooky season, Rockford’s Sinisippi Park became home to a traditional Halloween light called the “Festival of Horrors.”
An all-volunteer “Festival of Frights” was held for a week before trick-or-treating. The event cost nothing, but donations are welcome. Donations from the festival go to children in need by providing free Halloween costumes to local children in need.
Rockfordian families were able to see a light show made up of spiders, skeletons, and even some pumpkins.
