Along with the new iPad Pro and 10.9-inch iPad, Apple also announced the new Apple TV 4K. The new device is powered by the Apple A15 Bionic processor, the same processor found in the iPhone 14.
Apple TV 4K supports HRD10+ and Dolby Vision, and the device comes standard with 64GB of storage.
The next-generation Apple TV 4K is the entertainment powerhouse, bringing the best video and audio capabilities to the largest screens in the home. At the heart of the new Apple TV 4K is A15 Bionic, making the device even more powerful and energy efficient. CPU performance is up to 50% faster than the previous generation, with improved responsiveness, faster navigation, and smoother UI animations. GPU performance is up to 30% faster than the previous generation for smoother gameplay.
Apple TV 4K now supports HDR10+ in addition to Dolby Vision, extending rich visual quality across more TVs, delivering the eye-popping details and vibrant colors content creators intended. Users can also enjoy an immersive audio home theater experience with Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital 7.1, or Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound.2
