Before wonderthe next big and highly anticipated release from, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Producer, Nate Moore, recently confirmed that the film will not feature any end credits scenes. Traditionally, Marvel keeps audiences inside theaters until the last second of the end credits as it drops its Easter eggs and hints at upcoming superhero titles. As the upcoming film wraps up the MCU’s fourth phase, fans would understandably be eager for clues for phase five.
In a recent interview with ColliderMoore told the publication that they never planned to include post-credits scenes for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever despite the rumours. He acknowledged that he was aware of these rumors and even gave a very specific reason as to why fans shouldn’t expect post-credits scenes,
“I heard those rumors too. No, I think the subject matter of the movie was such that it didn’t seem appropriate to have a stinger. Kind of like [Avengers:] End of Game felt like an emotional experience that you also didn’t need a dart at the end. It felt like we just wanted to tell the story as it was designed with no added bonuses. So unfortunately there is no end credits [scene].”
So far, early reviews for the film have confirmed the emotional plot. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever hits theaters on November 11.
