With its amazing flavor, Litti Chokha attracts not only Indians, but also international celebrity chefs. Recently, American celebrity chef Eitan Barnath visited ‘Didikira Soi’ in Patna, Bihar where she cooked and enjoyed litti choka and learned how to make Bihari cuisine.

Eitan Bernath documented his experience on video and shared it on Twitter. In the video you can see him preparing the Ritis while the lady in the kitchen explains the process to him. He told me,” Eitan could be heard saying. He makes desserts with jaggery and also fry pakora.
“Today I had the chance to eat Litty Choka at ‘Didi Ki La Soi’ in Patna. Mr. and Mrs. Didi welcomed me into their kitchen and taught them various traditional Bihari dishes in this wonderful program that offers them autonomy and financial security,” the caption read.
