The new Apple Watch watchOS 9.3 software update is now available for download. You can install updates from the Watch app on your iPhone.
To install the update, put your Apple Watch on the charger and make sure it’s at least 50% charged. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and[一般]>[ソフトウェア アップデート]Go to and it will ask you to install the update.
